Fay Nielsen'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped dry onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 or 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and top with Cheddar cheese.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
