Quick Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded zucchini
1-1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs, well beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a well-greased casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serves 6 to 8.
