California Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
    3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or parsley
    1/4 c. lime juice
    salt to taste
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a bowl, Combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately with chips. Makes 5 cups.
