Caramel Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy skillet.
Add brown sugar and heat over medium heat until sugar is melted.
Add nuts and spread potatoes in skillet.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Invert on hot serving dish.
