Lo-Cal Sliced Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef broth
    3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, garnish
    1 1/4 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except parsley, in a covered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Makes 6 servings.
    One serving equals 75 calories.
