2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cold strong coffee (instant can be used)
