Spaghetti A La Hazel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 to 4 beads garlic, cut fine
    2 stalks celery, cut fine
    1/2 bell pepper, cut fine
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    ground beef
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients in oil until tender.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Add next 4 ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour.
    (Add more water as necessary.)
    Put sauce and cooked spaghetti together.
    Add grated cheese on top (Parmesan or American).
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
