Mock Hasenpfeffer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 rabbits, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Combine flour, basil, salt and pepper and rub well into the rabbit pieces.
Heat the oil and saute the rabbit until it browns lightly.
