Jumbo Chocolate Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp. soda
1 egg
3/4 c. chocolate pieces

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients, except chocolate pieces, nuts and raisins until blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients with spoon.
