Paul Vonfuw'S Soft Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cakes yeast
2 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
6 to 7 c. sifted bread flour
Preparation

Crumble yeast over milk.
(If you use dry yeast, dissolve 2 packages in 1/2 cup warm water; decrease milk to 1 1/2 cups.) Stir to combine.
Add sugar, eggs, salt and oleo.
Add four cups flour, beating until smooth.
Add remainder of flour until firm dough is formed.
Knead thoroughly.
Grease and place in bowl. Cover with damp towel.
Let rise in warm place (80\u00b0) until doubled in bulk (about 1 1/2 hours).
Punch down and let rest 10 minutes. Dough is now ready for shaping into rolls.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
