Frozen Everready Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pineapple juice from crushed pineapple
3/4 c. diced celery
3 unpeeled red apples
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, beaten eggs and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool (setting pan in larger pan of ice water helps).
Add celery, diced apples and pineapple.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Put in suitable dishes for freezing; 2 (8 x 10-inches) work.
Cover well with plastic wrap and foil to seal.
