Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and milk.
    Mix flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Gradually add to egg mixture; blend well.
    Fold in nuts, apples and raisins.
    Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
