Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce, together by hand in a large bowl.
    Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
    Fry meatballs in skillet until brown on all sides.
    Add tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and cook on low 30 minutes. Great served over mashed potatoes.
    Serves 4.
