Chicken A L'Mandarin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mandarin juice
1 Tbsp. mandarin peel
1 Tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. ground ginger
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken and mandarin juice. Coat chicken pieces with marinade and refrigerate 30 minutes or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and place in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0, continue baking, turning chicken, basting with marinade.
Bake until chicken is done, about 20 minutes.
Five minutes before removing from oven, pour mandarin juice over chicken.
Serve marinade and drippings from pan in a separate bowl.
Serves 4 to 6.
