Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 egg (per pound of meat)
    1 medium onion, grated
    4 slices white bread (per pound of ground beef)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Combine ingredients except bread in a bowl.
    In a small bowl of cool water, dip each piece of bread separately.
    Gently squeeze water from bread, leaving it moist.
    Break the bread mixture into the meat mixture. Roll into loaf and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until evenly browned.
