Apricot Fig Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped dried figs
    1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift first 4 ingredients together.
    Add next 3 ingredients and mix well.
    Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
    Pour into 3 small greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pans, 15 minutes.
    Remove from pans and continue cooling.
