Broccoli Casserole(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of ground nutmeg
    1 large stem fresh broccoli florets (6 oz.) and stems chopped fine (2 c.)
    1/3 c. skim Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    whites from 3 large eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a shallow 1-quart baking dish. Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan.
    Add onion and garlic. Cook for about 4 minutes until translucent.
