Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, cut coarsely
    3 large tomatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large skillet; cover and simmer for 30 minutes until tender.
    Serves 10 to 12.
