Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 c. skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
1/3 c. sugar
1 graham cracker crust
reduced calorie whipped topping
Preparation

In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water.
Let stand 3 minutes to soften. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.
In food processor or blender, combine gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients except crust and topping.
Process until well blended.
Pour into crust.
Cover and chill several hours. Top with whipped topping.
