Oven Pancake(Finnish Pancake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and salt well.
Add half of the milk and beat again.
Add all of the flour and remaining milk.
Melt 1/3 cup butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour batter into the heated and buttered pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and finish baking for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar immediately after removing from oven.
Serve with fresh berries, peaches or apricots.
Serves 8.
