Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.75 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs
    10 to 12 crackers (square saltines)
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon and place into mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and mix with a fork.
    Add crumbled crackers and mix well.
    Make small to medium patties and place in a preheated skillet.
    Fry on each side 3 to 4 minutes until done.
