Marinated Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
hot sauce to taste
Preparation

Coarsely chop cabbage, bell pepper and onion in food processor.
Add remaining ingredients and pour over slaw.
Cover and refrigerate.
This salad will keep up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
