Crawfish Or Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails or shrimp
    1 bunch green onions
    fresh parsley (just a little)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
    salt
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Boil crawfish tails (shrimp) just long enough to turn red. Chop green onions and parsley.
    Drain crawfish or shrimp.
    Mix cream cheese until soft.
    Add crawfish (shrimp), green onions and parsley, then mix well.
    Then add salt and Tabasco to taste. Cover to refrigerate until cream cheese is firm.
    Then serve.
