Pumpkin Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 c. cranberries, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt.
    In small mixing bowl, beat eggs; beat in sugar, oil and pumpkin.
    Pour pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients. Stir just until moistened.
    Stir in cranberries. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes or until wooden toothpicks comes out clean. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
