Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

4 cans refrigerator biscuits (40)
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut (if desired)
Preparation

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place white sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Add biscuit pieces a few at a time and shake to coat each piece. Place pieces in a well greased tube pan until all are used. Sprinkle layer with pecans, raisins, or coconut if desired. Bake at 450 degree for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Turn topside up to serve. Pieces can be pulled apart and eaten with fingers.
