Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 jar hot salsa
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can red beans
    10 tortillas, cut in quarters
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 can red beans
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine Velveeta, salsa, mushroom soup, chicken broth and red beans.
    Microwave until cheese melts.
    Layer tortillas, chicken and red beans in baking dish.
    Pour Velveeta sauce over top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until hot.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
