Ritzy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    milk (warm)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Butter 2-quart casserole dish.
    Place one layer potatoes to cover bottom of dish.
    Cover with crackers, salt, pepper and milk. Dot with butter.
    Continue layering, ending with milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
