Tuna Fish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. small shell noodles, cooked and drained (set aside)
    1 family size tuna, drained
    1/2 c. celery, minced
    1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    salt to taste
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use a large bowl.
    Mix all ingredients and add noodles, using just enough mayo to mix.
    Serve on lettuce leaf and top with stuffed olive.
