Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 8 oz. pkg. Italian style spaghetti sauce mix
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 c. shredded Sharp Natural Cheddar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes
    4 c. mostaccioli noodles (cooked)
    1 lb. smoked sausage cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 can 10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion chopped
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    1 1/4 stalks celery chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 covered.
