Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo or lard
4 eggs
6 ripe crushed bananas
4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine sugar, oleo, eggs and bananas.
Beat with electric mixer until light and foamy. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
Mix well until blended. Add nutmeats.
Pour into 3 well-greased medium size loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
