Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
8 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
sliced onions
butter
Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in skillet or on grill (best this way). In a large skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in small amount of butter until tender.
Tear cooled chicken into bite-size pieces; put in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cover with onions and mushrooms.
Next, cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and heated thoroughly. Good served with long grain and wild rice.
