Near Perfect Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cream
Preparation

Melt chocolate over water and let cool.
Blend the cream cheese (softened) with sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add two egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in melted chocolate and beat smooth.
Whip cream and fold in.
Beat egg whites to soft peak, adding 1/4 cup sugar.
Gradually fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour into crust and refrigerate until well chilled.
