Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 boiled eggs, diced
1 raw egg
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. hot sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in bacon drippings and butter.
Remove from heat.
Add other ingredients.
Put mixture in shells or casserole dish.
Brush tops with equal parts of milk and catsup.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until slightly browned around edges.
