Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pineapple cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 coconut supreme frosting
1 tsp. pineapple flavoring
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Flour and grease Bundt pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar, coconut and nuts in the bottom of the pan. Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water and flavoring together. Add the coconut supreme frosting last. Pour this over the powdered sugar, coconut and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack in pan 25 minutes, then turn out on cake plate.
