Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal (self-rising)
    1 c. milk or buttermilk
    1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour in well-greased hot iron skillet. Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
