The Blue Dragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    2 large bananas
    2 c. watermelon juice
    1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1 Tbsp. protein powder (optional)
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In a blender, blend all ingredients for 1 minute on medium speed or longer for a smoother smoothie.
    Makes 5 cups.
