Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce, chopped
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 onion, chopped finely
    3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
    1 large pkg. crushed Fritos
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Fritos and chill for 30 minutes.
    Add Fritos just before serving.
    Mix well.
