Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. soda (rounding)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate, in 1/2 c. boiling water

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix sugar, sour cream and egg together.
Beat in chocolate mixture, then add flour mixture. Beat for 2 minutes.
Bake in greased and floured pan 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
