Sue'S Cheese Pecan Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. finely grated cheese
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
red pepper
Preparation

Cream the cheese with butter.
Mash all other ingredients together with cheese mixture.
Add pecans, then add red pepper to taste.
Roll into \"log\" and place in freezer.
When ready to use, cut thin slices and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
