Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1/2 c. margarine, melted and mixed with 2 Tbsp. corn oil
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. crushed saltines
Preparation

Roll breasts in oil and margarine mixture, then in mixture of Parmesan, cracker crumbs and garlic salt.
Pour 1/2 cup hot water into a 9 x 9-inch glass casserole.
Place chicken breasts on top and cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
Serves 6.
Great with sour cream noodles!
