Cindy'S Chile Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced (optional)
2 (4.5 oz.) cans green chiles, diced or whole, peeled
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 pkg. (2 c.) natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion.
Drain grease.
Set aside. Spread chiles on bottom of dish, approximately 10 x 10-inch. Cover with ground beef and onion mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over chile and hamburger mixture.
