Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick loin chops
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine or water or orange juice
    1/4 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/8 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. apples
    1/8 c. raisins
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Cut pockets in chops.
    Combine onion and celery in skillet and saute.
    Add rest of stuffing and mix well.
    Stuff pockets.
    Place chops in foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
