Swiss Ham And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup (undiluted)
    1 c. half and half
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In medium saucepan over low heat, heat all ingredients, stirring occasionally.
    Makes about 4 cups or 3 servings.
