Microwave Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 deep-dish pie crust
Preparation
    Place egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and milk into blender.
    Blend on high until mixed well.
    Pour into microwave-safe mixing bowl.
    Microwave for 2 minute increments.
    Stir well with a whisk after each timing.
    It will take 4 to 5 two-minute timings to get thick.
    Don't over-thicken because as the pie cools, it will become firm.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into a cooked pie shell.
    As I am cooking the pie mixture, I cook the pie shell according to package directions.
    Top with meringue and bake until lightly brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
