Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. milk
    2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Heat milk to 190\u00b0.
    Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; add to milk when it reaches 190\u00b0.
    Cool to 130\u00b0.
    Add vanilla, yogurt and sugar.
    Beat until smooth; cover and put in oven with just the pilot overnight or like 5 hours, until set.
    Take out and beat well again, then cool.
    Pie filling, red raspberry and grape are very delicious added.
