Mother'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon juice and grated rind
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
Preparation
    In saucepan or double boiler, mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Pour boiling water over.
    When about boiling, add lemon and eggs mixed together.
    Cook.
    Pour in baked pie shell.
