German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, boil and slice thinly
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 5 bacon slices
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Fry bacon slices in large pan.
    Drain and crumble, save grease in small bowl.
    Mix vinegar, water, sugar and flour.
    Pour into bacon grease, stir until thick over medium heat.
    Stir potatoes, onion and bacon in.
