French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Beat eggs and add one at a time, beating well after each.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
