Cajun Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 pods jalapeno pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomatoes
3 cans kidney beans
2 Tbsp. chili powder
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Combine beef, sausage, onion, peppers and garlic in a large cooker and brown.
Drain fat.
Add rest of ingredients and cook on medium for 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with lots of cool drink.
