Sweet And Sour Fish Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. pineapple juice or orange juice
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 c. sliced fresh or canned Italian tomatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 green or yellow sweet pepper
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 lb. fresh, firm whitefish fillets (1 1/2-inch cubes)
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in cold juice.
Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, chopped onion and ginger.
Simmer on stove top in microwave until sauce is thickened (about 4 minutes).
